Questions from the trade
How does trade pricing work?
You get a standing trade rate on every order, with three tiers set on your annual volume. Your exact rate is confirmed privately the day your account opens. We don’t publish it, which protects your margin as much as ours.
Is there a minimum to open an account?
No minimum on the first tier. The next two open at annual volume, and one piece for one client gets the trade rate too.
Can you match a specific size or color?
Yes, nearly everything is made to order. Any size, any shape, and custom colors developed to your reference. We also weave with your client’s own material (COM) on request.
What are your lead times for a project?
Made-to-order pieces are typically 10–14 weeks on the loom, plus shipping. We agree a firm date up front, and you hear from us at each stage. Ready-to-ship pieces leave within days.
What wool do you specify?
Beni Ourain and Taznakht are woven in pure High Atlas fleece. Atelier Mrirt blends a long-staple New Zealand fleece into the Atlas wool, and the longer fiber is what lets the pile stand back up under traffic. It is the specification most studios ask us for.
Do you supply hospitality and contract projects?
Yes. Contract-grade wool, repeatable large runs, fire-rated options, and bespoke weave development, quoted for the whole project. We come back with a quote within 48 hours.
What about returns on a trade order?
Made-to-order pieces are woven for you and aren’t returnable, which is why we send samples first and confirm every detail. Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned per our standard terms.
